Taylor Swift Donates Signed “Lover” Guitar To Raise Fund For Coronavirus Relief

Pop Music Star, Taylor Swift has donated a signed “Lover” guitar to an auction raising money for the NHS to help during the coronavirus pandemic.

The said donation of 'The Man' Singer is part of the VIRGIN Radio DJ Chris Evans' celebrity auction. The auction was run by BIN-IN Auctions which is helping charities with fundraising which has been affected by Covid-19. Chris has asked some of his celebrity friends to donate items and he is set to raise £1m for Scrubs Glorious Scrubs, a voluntary sewing collaborative making scrubs for nurses and healthcare workers.

The donated guitar was said played by Taylor backstage while rehearsing prior to performing at Time Magazine's prestigious event, Time 100 Gala, in New York City in April of 2019.

The signed tour 'Lover' guitar top bid so far is £4,800 (16 bids). Aside from Swift's guitar, the other items up for auction include Sir Rod Stewart’s Cartier, Will Smith’s golf clubs, Ant & Dec NTA Awards, Sharleen Spiteri’s Texas Flight Case, and more. It is due to finish at midnight on Friday.
