No to Mañanita! says Pasig City Mayor, Vico Sotto, who celebrates his 31st birthday today.
In a tweet on Wednesday, He thanked everyone who sends him wishes for his birthday and says those who want to give him gifts can instead donate food packs to be distributed to families affected by the pandemic.

He also asks the public not to throw him surprise parties as mass gatherings remain prohibited due to COVID. He wrote on another tweet: "Bawal pa ang mga gathering.. buhay na buhay pa si Covid mga kaibigan!"
