Maja Salvador Announces Departure From ABS-CBN; Follows Mr. M to TV5

Maja Salvador has finally confirmed the rumors about her leaving ABS-CBN and moving to another network.


On Tuesday (September 22) The Kapamilya actress took to social media to announce her departure to the home network, she also expressed her gratitude to ABS-CBN.

"Ako po ay taos pusong nagpapasalamat sa mga taong walang sawang sumusuporta sa akin at sa ABS-CBN. 

Mga kapamilya, sasamahan ko po muna ang aking tatay na si. MR.M kaya sana wag po kayo magulat kung makikita niyo akong lumabas sa ibang network at patuloy makapagbigay ligaya sa inyo kahit sa anong paraan at plataporma.

Sana po ay tuloy tuloy niyo akong samahan at suportahan sa kahit anong landas na aking tatahakin. maraming salamat po.🤍"


 The rumors about Maja leaving the ABS-CBN network started when she posted an Instagram photo from when she was in Tulum, Mexico. 

Netizens have speculated her plans of leaving the Kapamilya network because her caption said, “Everyday is a new beginning.” They said that Maja is planning to start a career anew in the Kapatid network.

Mr. M or Manahan reportedly will have two shows on the Kapatid network which includes the noontime show “Laugh Out Loud” that will be hosted by Billy Crawford, Alex Gonzaga, K Brosas, and Wacky Kiray and as well as the Sunday variety show to be hosted by Ms. Universe 2018, Catriona Gray and Piolo Pascual.

It was also rumored that Maja will be guesting on the upcoming shows of Mr. M in the TV5 network.
